1) To stimulate and measure water consumption and energy for each category of equipment and end-uses in HIS;
2) Collect indicators of water consumption and energy in HIS;
3) Research costs, profile and habits of energy consumption and water usage and perception of alternative sources for HIS;
4) Develop methods and handlers and data management;
5) Improving the reliability of water meters: the influence of the presence of air on the networks.
